Pipes, toilets and pest control

Pipes: Residents agree to use due care in preventing water pipes and waste pipes from freezing and preventing such pipes from clogging. In the event that water pipes or waste pipes are frozen or become clogged Tenant shall promptly repair them at tenant's expense and shall repair all damages caused by either of the latter.

Pest Control: Residents agree to control and treat the Premises for standard insects and pests, including but not limited to, flying insects, bees, wasps, ants, mice, moles, spiders, etc.

Furnaces

Furnace filters: Replace or clean the furnace filter on a monthly basis, even in the summer months. Failure to replace or clean filters may cause serious damage to the furnace unit. Please be advised that if your furnace needs repair, and the technician determines the cause is due to lack of furnace filter maintenance, you will be responsible to pay for all costs including service call and replacement of furnace if necessary.
